Billie’s Promotion to Director of Asset Management

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Billie Grayston-Sedgwick to Director of Asset Management, marking her return to Avanton following parental leave.


Billie’s new role is central to our continued growth and success. She will be responsible for driving the strategic and financial performance of our portfolio, with oversight of Group P&L management, stakeholder engagement, finance and investor relations. A key part of her role will also be to lead and align teams across the business, ensuring that we remain focused on delivering our long-term objectives and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.


Throughout her time at Avanton, Billie has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, commercial insight and dedication to quality. She has been instrumental in shaping our approach to asset management and has played a vital role in strengthening collaboration across the business. Her promotion reflects the significant impact she has made to date, as well as our commitment to recognising and nurturing talent within the team.
