A former real estate banker-turned-developer, Omer has 17 years of real estate experience in Europe and the UK, successfully delivering several central London land developments. Dedicated to driving the company forward, his vision is for Avanton to become a major player in the London property market.

Luka joined at the start of Avanton’s journey, supporting and contributing to the company’s growth and development. Over the years, Luka has been a vital part of Avanton’s evolution, by implementing processes and establishing the London office. Luka oversees the day-to-day running of all operations whilst also supporting all internal departments and external consultants.

Development Director

Development Director
From his background in civil engineering and project management, Chris has worked on major residential-led projects in London. He has worked with Arcadis on major schemes for the likes of Landsec, Qatari Diar and Delancey; delivering large sale residential developments in a range of tenures. Chris now focuses on managing the design, planning and procurement process for our forthcoming projects and is responsible for the delivery of Avanton’s Coda development in Battersea.

Sales & Marketing Director

David joins from Savills where he worked in between the Consultancy and Sales & Marketing team in Central London specialising in an all-encompassing service offering advice on layouts, unit mix, specification and pre sales strategy, marketing collateral, daily client coordination and on-site sales management.
David’s role at Avanton will be to deliver the optimum product to the market and then implement and oversee all marketing strategies, ensuring sales are driven forward.
