Dedicated to driving the company forward, his vision is for Avanton to become a major player in the London property market.

Chris Cobham is the Development Director at Avanton. He carries over 11 years experience in the industry, specialising in large-scale, residential-led projects across London. His portfolio includes landmark developments like Coda in Battersea and Ruby Triangle. With experience in planning, construction, and pre- and post-contract delivery, Chris oversees all development sites at Avanton, guiding projects from land acquisition to completion.

Luka has been an integral part of Avanton since its founding, dedicating her expertise to shaping and strengthening the company’s core. With a focus on overseeing major transactions, Luka ensures every deal aligns with Avanton’s high standards, while also supporting team members to achieve smooth, effective operations. Her dedication and insight play a key role in Avanton’s ongoing success.

Romain leads the underwriting for new and existing investments for our impressive portfolio of projects. His extensive skill set includes acquisitions, disposals, restructures, debt and equity raising, and forward funding. He plays a key role in supporting senior management with fundraising and investor relations. Romain manages the entire transaction process from due diligence through to closing, while overseeing third-party advisors to ensure smooth execution.

Since joining Avanton in 2021, Billie has played a crucial role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational framework. Promoted to Head of Accounts & Operations in 2023, she has led initiatives to streamline Avanton’s accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across all projects. Billie has been instrumental in overseeing corporate transactions, managing financial compliance, and enhancing the efficiency of both the HR and operations teams. Her leadership has ensured that Avanton remains agile, compliant with regulatory requirements, and positioned for long-term success.

Roberson brings over a decade of experience in the new homes sector, having previously managed sales at prominent London developments including Canary Wharf and Southbank Place. His 15-year background in the hospitality industry underpins his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and attention to detail. At Avanton, Roberson oversees the sales process across all projects, ensuring a seamless journey for buyers and maintaining the high standards that define the company’s reputation.

Isabel brings over nine years of experience in marketing, PR and events to her role at Avanton. She leads the marketing strategy across the business, supporting sales and building brand awareness. With a background spanning residential property, lifestyle and placemaking, Isabel specialises in creating compelling campaigns that connect with buyers and investors alike. From branding and digital marketing to launch events and press, she oversees all touchpoints of the Avanton story, helping to shape a strong, consistent voice for the brand.

Holly came to Avanton from a start up, where she excelled in business management. She is a problem-solver, balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking. Her leadership style is collaborative and results-oriented, with a passion for mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving sustainable growth. With a strong background in Operations Management, logistics, and budgets, she is committed to achieving operational excellence and contributing to long-term success of Avanton.

Maggie brings over 15 years of expertise in both contracting and consultancy, playing a pivotal role in shaping Avanton’s developments. Her diverse responsibilities include the management of design processes, leading professional teams, overseeing contract negotiations and administration, and conducting technical due diligence. Maggie is deeply involved in risk management, value engineering, and programme management. She has an impressive and extensive background working with main contractors and her in-depth understanding of the building process allows her to effectively challenge and collaborate with construction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of every project.

With over 15 years of experience in delivering complex landmark developments, Claire has been instrumental in projects like The BeCa, Ruby Triangle, and Gasworks. Her expertise spans securing precedent-setting planning permissions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and developing bespoke, viable solutions. A passionate advocate for high-quality, sustainable projects, Claire ensures investor interests are safeguarded through rigorous design and execution standards.

Reis joined Avanton from a strong background in real estate financial consultancy and development advisory. He is responsible for the financial analysis of Avanton’s projects and is heavily involved in investment underwriting and financial viability. He aids Romain in managing the entire transaction from inception all the way through to closing; a true asset to the process.

Joel is Avanton’s Property & Management Accountant; he oversees the company’s accounting processes and produces detailed Management Accounts for our many exciting developments. With a focus on high-volume tasks and expertise in Excel, Joel continually develops innovative procedures and tools to enhance efficiency and streamline communication across departments. Additionally, he manages and mentors’ junior staff, providing them with training and guidance to help advance their skills and professional growth.
