Avanton have secured approval for a new residential development on Manor Road in Richmond, set within a five acre site with excellent transport connections. The site is immediately next to North Sheen station and is within easy reach of Richmond Park and Kew Gardens. Designed by PLP Architecture, the project will deliver 453 homes, of which 173 would be affordable, alongside flexible retail, community and office space, parking, landscaping and areas of public and private open space.
