THE BeCa is the first phase of Avanton’s 5-acre masterplan within the Ruby Triangle. Designed by award-winning architects Farrells, the 1.16-acre site will deliver 170 private homes, alongside affordable, positioned above active ground-floor commercial spaces to establish a new, vibrant community.

Inspired by New York loft-style living, the homes are complemented by a considered suite of amenities, including a concierge, co-working space, fitness suite and communal roof terraces with remarkable views across London. The wider masterplan brings added convenience through a Sainsbury’s supermarket, coffee shop and additional retail.

Located in one of London’s major growth areas, THE BeCa contributes to a wider programme of new housing, employment space, community facilities and future infrastructure improvements. The proposed Bakerloo Line extension would further enhance local connectivity.

Construction is underway with HG Construction, with completion targeted for Q1 2027.
